Today my great uncle would have been 87 [2 July 1925 – 17 January 1961] and knowing my family’s great genes, he would definitely still be alive if he hadn’t been assassinated. Patrice Lumumba  was the first Prime Minister of the Congo and has been one of my biggest inspirations.
